You Already Have The Freebie

The tracker was just the beginning.

The free Pregnancy Journal freebie gives you the essentials, the key dates, the trimester snapshots, the hospital bag, the birth plan. A calm place to note what matters.

“This isn’t about doing pregnancy right. It’s about giving you one calm place to note what matters, so your mind has a little more room to just be pregnant.”

The full Pregnancy Journal goes further. Week by week, thought by thought, moment by moment, from the first scan to the day they arrive, and the weeks that follow.

Week-by-week pages

From Week 4 to Week 40.
Each week has space for symptoms, energy, baby movement, questions for your doctor, and how you’re actually feeling.

Honest reflection prompts

Not “describe your joy today.” Real questions about the complicated, tender, uncertain experience of growing a person. Space for the whole truth of your pregnancy.

Appointment log

Every visit recorded: date, hospital/clinic, questions you brought, answers you got. Never leave a check-up trying to remember what they said three weeks ago.

Nutrition & hydration log

A simple daily tick-box format built around the nutrients that matter most during pregnancy. Thirty seconds a day. No calorie counting, no diet culture, just nourishment tracking.

Postpartum planning section

The section most pregnancy journals don’t include, because most mums don’t think about recovery until they’re in it. The ones who plan ahead arrive there differently.

Built for Mauritius

Local clinic norms, our healthcare system’s typical structure, our food and our climate. Not adapted from a UK/ US template. Written from here, for here.

A Few Things Worth Knowing

When exactly will the Pregnancy Journal & Planner launch?

The target is on the 28th August 2026, approximately 2 months from now. Waitlist members will be the first to receive the full product details via email and will have 48 hours of early access before the public launch.

No need as your email will automatically be added to the waitlist. Joining here ensures you get the founding-subscriber price when the full journal launches. It only takes 30 seconds.

Details on local printing, binding, pricing, and delivery will be confirmed at launch. Waitlist members will receive this information first, with the option to pre-order before public availability.

Absolutely. The digital PDF is available globally. The Mauritius-specific context in the journal is an addition, not a limitation — the practical pregnancy content is universal.

Yes. Even if you start at week 20, the remainder of your pregnancy — the third trimester, the hospital bag, the birth preferences, the postpartum planning section — has real value. You don’t need to have been tracking from week 4 for it to be useful.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, in line with standard digital goods policy. If you have concerns before purchasing, reply to any Nutura email and ask — we’ll answer honestly.
