Physical Products

We accept returns for physical products within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items returned after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@nutura.org and send your item to: 06, Atlas Street, Petit Verger, Pointe aux Sables, Mauritius.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 06, Atlas Street, Petit Verger, Pointe aux Sables, Mauritius.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital goods (including downloadable guides, e-books, online courses, and digital subscriptions), all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.

Once you have gained access to or downloaded a digital product, we cannot issue a refund. If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team immediately, and we will ensure you receive the content you purchased.
